SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer. Most orders ship within 3 business days. If ship time is longer than the average 7 days it will be listed in the product descriptions. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Products weighing over 15 lbs will be charged an extra shipping surcharge based on weight.

Shipping charges for packages are based on the weight and size of the package. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card.
